Mindvoll GesbR (further "we", "The Company") provides Moodmonk app ("The Service", "the app"). This privacy policy aims to help you understand how and which of your data is being collected, processed, stored and disclosed when you use our Service.
If you choose to download and use our app, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy policy. We reserve the right to change this policy at any point in time. Please check this page regularly to inform yourself on any changes.
This data protection declaration informs you, among other things, about the scope, purpose and legal basis of the processing of the personal data collected via the Moodmonk app. Personal data is all information that relates to a natural person, i.e. with which a natural person can be identified directly or indirectly, including but not limited to the name, email address, account number or IP address. All data gathered by the app are anonymised. No personal information is collected or shared at any time other than in cases specified below:
App download When the mobile app is downloaded, the information required for this is transferred to Apple Store, in particular your username, email address and customer number of your account, the time of the download, payment information and the individual device code. We have no influence on this data collection by the App Store and are not responsible for it. We only process this data as it is necessary for downloading the mobile app to your mobile device. Use of the app
In principle, no registration is required to use the app and the services we offer via it. When you use the mobile app on your device, we collect the personal data described below. This data is technically necessary to offer you the functions of our mobile app and to guarantee stability and security: • IP address • Date and time of the request • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) • Content of the request (specific page) • Operating system
We process this data for the following purposes: • ensuring comfortable use of the app, • Guaranteeing and evaluating system security and stability as well as • anonymised for further administrative purposes.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above.
We do not use cookies.
The app does not require any access rights on your device.
If you contact us, for example by e-mail or by telephone, you must provide your name and email address or telephone number so that we can process and answer them. Further information can be provided voluntarily. We will process the data transmitted for the purpose of establishing contact exclusively for processing your request. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) GDPR, provided it is a pre-contractual measure and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. The personal data collected in this way will be deleted if they are no longer required and there are no statutory retention requirements to prevent deletion.
